This rack is a must for optimal space efficiency. Easily transform any garage, home or small commercial space into a multi-functioning gym while sacrificing minimal wall space when not in use. Folding away requires no disassembly. Grind’s foldable rack is incredibly sturdy and has the ability to be folded inward or outward. The rack’s inside depth is 21 inches. Can be used as a squat stand, pull up rig, or power rack. This rack is completely made in Rahway, New Jersey. All steel is powder coated in the Grind shop. Stringers Included as standard.**** Grind’s foldable rack includes two laser-cut, 3×3″ 11 gauge steel uprights, with Westside hole spacing through the bench/pull area and 2″-on-center spacing above and below. The rack contains a hinge-and-pin system that is both easy to install and strong.
*** (Stringers made from laser-cut and formed 3×3″ 11 gauge steel, these stringers measure 59″ long x 10.125″ tall, and extend 0.8125″ off the mounting surface when installed. One stringer is used to mount the top hinge brackets and the other for the bottom hinge brackets.)

This rack is super heavy duty and the paint job is perfect. Love that they make it in America and have awesome online customer service for any questions. My only critique is that the instructions are just a blow up of the nuts and bolts. But it wasn’t complex or anything.
Takes two people to get the rack on the wall. Assemble everything first including the stringers to the rack and attach pull up bar to it to help with its sturdiness, then attach stringers to studs on wall. Worked perfect. Once it is upright the second person is just there to help balance it as all the weight is on the upright. Super easy to do. Cannot beat this price plus free shipping and the unreal quality!!
