If you have height restrictions this is the squat stand for you! After multiple requests for a “shorter” squat stand to accommodate basements, apartments, garages we decided to create an 82” squat stand.
A squat stand is a staple for any gym and Grind’s stand is an impressive piece of equipment to add to yours. Grind’s squat stand is designed for heavy use. It allows you to eliminate the need for a spotter and to perform squats, bench press, pull-ups etc. The squat stand comes with a pull-up bar. You can add items such as a dip bar, rings, landmine etc. Grind’s stand is made in Rahway, New Jersey of 11 gauge 3×3 and 2×3 Tubular steel.
Note: This squat stand features a pull-up bar if you plan to utilize the bar for pull-ups the rack should be bolted to the floor.
