This American Made stand is equally equipped for squats, bench press, pull-ups, clean pulls, floor press and more. Comes with a powder coated or a naked pull up bar for better grip performance. Squat stand comes in black, red, or Grind signature green color. Comes complete with 8, 12" storage pegs to hold your GRIND plates securely. Note: Rack should be bolted to floor to utilize pull-up bar feature.
