Grind’s Multi-Grip Pull-up Bar
If you are looking for a new way to improve your grip strength and work different muscles, Grind’s new dynamic multi-grip, face-mount pull-up station is an amazing addition to your equipment. This system allows athletes to train wide and narrow grips, as well as pronated, supinated, and neutral grip styles—all in one piece of equipment.
The outside neutral grips are 2″ in diameter to work grip strength, while the rest of the bars are the standard 1.25″ diameter. Grind has welded on two pairs of 3″ and 4″ pull-up spheres for even more grip training. The 3″ spheres are spaced 16″ on center while the 4″ are 32″ on center. The multi-Grip pull-up bar includes four bolt assemblies (4.5″ long hardware Included) that make for quick and easy installation. You can select ⅝” or 1” hardware depending on the rack that you are installing the bar on. If your rack has a regular pull-up bar (round) that you are looking to replace, you need to purchase a Grind stabilizer bar to mount this Multi-Grip pull-up bar onto.
