The rack comes standard with UHMW lined J-cups and durable powder coat (done in the paint line in the Grind factory in Rawhay, NJ). This rack has a huge amount of additional storage capacity and allows you to start your home gym while not destroying your budget. The entire rack is made in Rahway, NJ using material sourced from the United States. This is NOT IMPORTED, and Grind stands behind their products, if you have or questions just call.

Grind’s Flat Utility Bench A bench is an essential piece of equipment in any gym. A weight bench allows you to perform bench presses, incline presses, pullovers, rows, tricep extensions, and curls. You can also do tricep dips, leg lowers, step ups, and decline push-ups with this bench. Use either barbells and Olympic plates or dumbbells with these exercises. Grind’s flat bench is completely portable, as a set of rear wheels and a built-in handle in the front foot enable athletes to quickly and easily pick up the bench and roll it in/out of a rack or out of the way entirely. Made completely in Rahway, New Jersey using 3x3” 11-gauge steel. Each unit ships disassembled and comes with all necessary hardware for a quick set-up, There are only three (3) pieces and assembly is simple.
