Grind’s Fat Bar (Axle)
Love barbell work but looking for something new? This is it! Grind’s fat bar is a more challenging way to complete the barbell movements you love while working on wrist and grip strength. Grip can be a limiting factor in strength training and a fat bar can help you increase your grip. The powder-coated, 1.9” diameter Grind Fat Bar offers athletes an effective change to help increase wrist and grip strength. The bar measures 84″ in total length, with 15.5” of loadable sleeve length and 52” between the collars. Please note that any metal-to-metal contact with the coated sleeves (such as adding and/or removing plates) may cause wear on the finish over time.
IMPORTANT: Grind’s Locking barbell Clamps work perfectly with GRIND Shorty Fat bar. Grind’s Quick change Clamps do not lock properly
