Grind’s Short Fat Bar (Axle)
When being short and fat is a good thing!! Grind’s over-sized 1.9” outside diameter and is two feet shorter (5’ vs. 7’)—with 8” of loadable sleeve length and a condensed 43” between the collars. This was developed to build better wrist and grip strength without deviating much from your regular lifting routine. This bar will help athletes change up their training in a simple and yet effective way. It can be used in pressing, pulling, and grip exercises.
